Shipping policy
In Store pickup Policy:
Orders placed for in-store pickup must be picked up within 3 days of your "pick-up ready" notification email in order to be eligible for return.
In-store pickup orders have the same return policy as all other online orders. (3 days for a refund and 7 days for store credit)
Shipping policy:
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they ship out and tracking is sent to you.
International Shipping policy:
If applicable, any customs or import charges are due once the package reaches its country of destination. These costs must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict these additional costs before you place your order as customs policies and duties vary greatly between different countries.
We recommend contacting your local customs office with questions regarding additional charges before you place your order so you are not hit with any unexpected charges once you receive the package.
