Most gift items can be exchanged or returned for a store credit with a gift receipt within 14 days.
Although gifts are exchangeable for 14 days, we're parents and we get it... sometimes you just can't get out with a newborn in time.
Please be in touch with us if this is the case and we will try our best to accommodate you and extend the return window.
Gifts must be exchanged in store and cannot be shipped back.
All items must be unworn, unwashed, clean and unscented with all tags attached. Please ensure these items were purchased at our store as we will not refund for any items not purchased through us, even if we carry the same item.
Any items that include gift wrapping are only eligible for store credit and no refunds can be given.
Any items purchased as a set must be returned as a set. We cannot process a refund for any incomplete sets.
All personalized items are Final Sale.
Main return Policy:
Our goal is to make shopping and filling your child's wardrobe effortless! We hope you are satisfied with your purchases but we've got your back in case something doesn't work out.
We will gladly accept returns of full priced items in the same condition you received them. They must be unworn, unwashed, clean and unscented with all tags attached. Please ensure these items were purchased at our store as we will not refund for any items not purchased through us, even if we carry the same item.
For a credit card refund, the return package must be scanned by the shipping company within 3 days of you receiving the package. A store credit will be issued for any returns scanned by the shipper from days 4-7. After that, all sales are final and no refunds or credits will be issued.
You can request a Return Authorization from your order history and you will have the option of getting a return label emailed to you.
If you choose to ship it back with a different method, please make sure to use a reliable, trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost packages or returns and you will not be refunded if the items do not reach us within the set return window.
All return shipments are the responsibility of the customer until a delivery scan is recorded by the shipping service.
All items purchased with 25% discount or more is final sale.

If your order was eligible for free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund if the total for the items kept does not qualify for free shipping.
Please note that we do not accept returns of any orders placed within 7 days before Sukkos and Pesach.
There will be a cancellation fee of $7.95 for all cancelled orders.
